Racing Victoria will continue to investigate the leaking of information which has led to the resignation of its chairman David Moodie despite him being cleared as the source.Moodie tendered his resignation at an RV Board meeting on Thursday where a report from Racing Integrity Commissioner Sal Perna was tabled. Then an RV Board member, Moodie was named during the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal appeal of Danny OBrien and Mark Kavanagh over their disqualifications for cobalt use as the person who told fellow trainer Peter Moody in January 2015 of their positives.Pernas report exonerated Moodie as the source of the leak.Acting RV chairman Mike Hirst said the leaking of information had the potential to compromise stewards investigations.Theres a few things that need to happen, Hirst told RSN927.We need to have a look at the processes around these matters right from the laboratories, to RVL, right through to wherever information might pass.Hirst said Pernas report had not been prepared to prosecute people and would not be released. He said it provided the board with information to deal with the matter and to deal with improving the processes so something of this nature did not happen again. We will be further investigating but whether or not well be in a position to let everybody know names of what that investigation might turn up is another thing entirely, Hirst said.Releasing that report could open Racing Victoria up to legal action.Hirst said Moodie and his family had been under pressure during the investigation and understood why he had decided to resign as chairman after standing down in October pending the investigation. With Hirst now acting chairman until the next RV Board meeting in February, he said a new chief executive may be finalised before Bernard Saundry leaves the post at the end of the month. As chief executive Bendigo and Adelaide Banks, Hirst said he would need to discuss with his family and employer whether he can take on the chairmans role full time and that it was also a matter for the RV Board to consider. Eli Manning Jersey . Spiller left Week 3s 27-20 loss to the New York Jets with a thigh injury, but fully practiced with the team all week and expects to be ready to go on Sunday. Julian Love Jersey . 10 Texas A&Ms offence dominated as usual against SMU. http://www.giantsonlineteamshop.com/phil-mcconkey-jersey-cheap.html . -- Jimmie Johnson held off a teammate, passed a pair of Hall of Famers, and dominated once more at Dover. Eli Manning Giants Jersey . After Mondays hard-fought loss, the wait seemed longer than usual. Getting set to go their separate ways for a short Christmas break, the Raptors coach credited his team for their effort on a seemingly impossible three-game road trip, urging them to build on that success when they get back to work at the end of the week. Mark Bavaro Jersey . The quest begins with what is supposed to be an easy one, although Germany has traditionally been a stubborn opponent to Canadian teams at international tournaments. Editors note: An earlier version of this article listed Aaron Donald. His Madden NFL 17 rating is 98, not 99.?Were still a few weeks away from the release of Madden NFL 17, but we have the final player ratings to chew on until then. Here are the players?who landed the coveted 99 overall ratings. For a separate breakdown on the top-rated players at each position, click here.Rob Gronkowski, TE, New England PatriotsGronkowski is one of just three players since the merger to score 65 receiving TDs in his first six seasons. The other two? Jerry Rice and Randy Moss. (And just think what Gronk could have done if he hadnt missed 16 regular-season games during that span.) Last season, Gronkowski dropped only?one ball on 120 targets, and Madden NFL 17 rewarded him with an average rating of 95.7 in the three catch-related subcategories. And dont underrate Gronks ability to create fireworks?after?the catch. His combination of strength (88 rating) and agility (85) made him tough to bring down in the open field, and he averaged 7.67 YAC per reception last season, tops among tight ends.Luke Kuechly, MLB, Carolina PanthersHow much better is Kuechly than his peers? Heres one illustration: Madden NFL 17 lists 20 positions other than middle linebacker, and the top-two players at each are separated by the slim average of 2.15 rating points. And then theres Kuechlys position, where he is nine points?ahead of the next-closest middle linebackers, Brandon Marshall and Derrick Johnson, who both are rated as 90s. Madden NFL 17 rated Kuechly as 97 or better in seven categories, ranging from tackling to toughness, but it underrated his man-coverage skills, giving him a 74. I dare you to watch the way Kuechly sticks with Julio Jones down the seam on this play?and tell me he deserves a 74.ddddddddddddVon Miller, OLB, Denver BroncosMillers five sacks and two forced fumbles in the Broncos final two games sealed his Super Bowl MVP award, his record-breaking $114.5 million contract, and his 99 rating in Madden NFL 17. Three plays from Super Bowl 50 exhibit why theres no one in the NFL quite like Miller:Third-and-10, first quarter: Miller zooms around right tackle Mike Remmers with a speed rush. Forced fumble. Broncos touchdown.Third-and-8, third quarter: Miller fools Remmers with an outside-inside spin move. Half sack. Panthers punt.Third-and-9, fourth quarter: Miller fights through a Remmers hold around the edge. Forced fumble. Broncos recover.?A few takeaways: 1) Poor Remmers. 2) Stay out of third-and-long against Miller and the Broncos. 3) Miller isnt a one-trick pony. Hell beat you with acceleration around the edge (88 rating), hell leave you flailing with that finesse move (98), and hell shed half-hearted blocks with ease (95).J.J. Watt, DE, Houston TexansWatt has gotten used to his place in Maddens 99 club. This marks his fourth consecutive year with such a distinction. He needs two more 99s to match Peyton Mannings record of six straight years (Madden 06-11). Watt has a 90-plus rating in 11 subcategories, two more than any player to make this list. The ones hes probably most proud of? Stamina (95) and toughness (94). Watt played through a herniated disk in his back and?five torn muscles in his torso, groin and upper legs last season. He has paced all defensive linemen with 4,498 snaps played since 2011, but Watts streak of 80 consecutive starts is in jeopardy after recently undergoing back surgery. ? ' ' '
